The Pontypridd team raced at Taff Vale Park in the Glamorgan town of Pontypridd. It operated as an Open team for the 1929-30 season. | |||
Its first match was on 20th May 1929 when it gained a creditable 26-26 draw with local rivals Cardiff. | |||

Amazingly, only one event was staged in 1930 and this was on 29th May with a rare programme from that contest being shown below. | |||
